The MS200 Automated Chemistry Analyzer

MS200 Automated Chemistry Analyzer

A centrifugal microfluid disc analyzer that needs no manual dilution and no centrifuge step. Whole blood, plasma, serum or capillary blood goes onto a lyophilized reagent disc, the disc is scanned automatically by QR code, and results print from the built in thermal printer within about 15 minutes. It runs on Android 5.1 with a 5 inch touchscreen and supports LIS connection.

The disc format is the point. Reagents are pre-packaged per disc, valid for 12 months, so there is no open bottle wastage and no manual pipetting between reagent and sample. That is a different economics from a floor standing analyzer, and it suits a lab that wants simplicity over raw throughput.

Best for: clinics, small labs and point of care settings needing a compact, low maintenance analyzer.

Other Biochemistry Analyzers We Supply

CM-800 High Throughput Chemistry Analyzer

CM-800, High Throughput Chemistry Analyzer

Runs 800 tests an hour across up to 69 simultaneous test items, with an optional ISE module adding 200 tests an hour of electrolyte throughput. Sample volume runs 2.0 to 35.0 µL, drawn from 165 replaceable quartz cuvettes and 137 sample positions. It needs a purified water supply, roughly 20 litres an hour, and a floor that will take its 500 kg weight.

Best for: mid to large pathology labs running high daily volumes across a wide test menu.
CM-1000 High Throughput Chemistry Analyzer With ISE

CM-1000, High Throughput Chemistry Analyzer With ISE

The larger sibling, running 1,000 tests an hour across up to 61 simultaneous items, with an optional ISE module adding 400 tests an hour. It runs 270 cuvettes across inner and outer trays and 190 sample positions across three tracks.

Best for: hospital and reference labs where electrolyte volume alone justifies the ISE module.
ProChek LP-100 Dry Chemistry POCT Analyzer

ProChek LP-100, Dry Chemistry POCT Analyzer

A handheld dry chemistry analyzer using a fingertip blood sample of 20 to 40 µL, returning a result in 2 to 4 minutes with Bluetooth output. It is used to screen and monitor dyslipidemia, blood pressure, diabetes, and to check kidney function and cardiovascular risk markers, at the point of care rather than in a lab.

Best for: clinics running chronic disease screening, camps, and any setting where a lab-format analyzer is impractical.

We will tell you which of these four fits, and which is more machine than you need.

Send your daily volume

Test Profiles the MS200 Reports

Liver Function (TP, ALB, ALT, AST, GGT, ALP, bilirubin); Renal Function (ALB, creatinine, urea, uric acid, calcium, phosphate, CO2), Glucose and Lipid (TG, cholesterol, HDL, LDL, glucose), Electrolyte 7 (potassium, calcium, sodium, chloride, CO2, magnesium, phosphate), and combined General Chemistry panels of 9, 13 and 19 items, plus a 13 item Emergency Room panel and a Myocardial Enzyme panel.

Does the MS200 report electrolytes without an ISE module?

Yes, the Electrolyte 7 disc reports potassium, calcium, sodium, chloride, CO2, magnesium and phosphate through the same photoelectric colorimetry method as the rest of the panels, without a separate ISE unit. The CM-800 and CM-1000 use an ISE module instead, which suits higher volume electrolyte testing.

Biochemistry Analyzer Price in India

What does an automated biochemistry analyzer cost?

Compact disc based systems like the MS200 sit at the lower end. Floor standing high throughput systems like the CM-800 and CM-1000 are a different tier, priced by throughput, ISE inclusion and sample capacity. We will quote a figure once we know your volume and test menu.

What is the cost per test?

On the MS200, cost per test is the disc cost, since each disc is pre-packaged for a specific panel. On the CM-800 and CM-1000, cost per test is the reagent draw per item, which varies by test. Ask us for a cost per test breakdown by the panels you actually run, not a single blended figure.

Is It an Open or Closed Reagent System?

Is the MS200 an open or closed reagent system?

Closed. The MS200 runs only its own lyophilized discs, which keeps results consistent and removes manual reagent handling, but ties consumable cost to that disc format.

Are the CM-800 and CM-1000 open or closed?

Open cuvette systems accepting standard liquid reagents, which gives more flexibility on reagent sourcing at the cost of manual handling and calibration discipline.

Frequently Asked Questions

A clinical chemistry analyzer is a medical laboratory device used to measure biochemical parameters in body fluids like blood and serum. It helps diagnose conditions related to the liver, kidneys, heart, and metabolism.

An automated chemistry analyzer performs all testing steps, sample handling, reagent mixing, and result calculation, without human input. A semi-automated chemistry analyzer requires manual sample loading and some user intervention.

These analyzers can perform tests for glucose, cholesterol, urea, creatinine, liver enzymes (ALT, AST), electrolytes, and more, making them essential clinical laboratory equipment for diagnostics.

Compact disc based analyzers like the MS200 sit at the lower end of the market. Floor standing high throughput systems like the CM-800 and CM-1000 are priced by throughput and whether the ISE module is included. Ask for machine price and cost per test together before comparing quotes.

The ISE module measures electrolytes, typically sodium, potassium and chloride, through ion selective electrodes rather than colorimetry, adding dedicated electrolyte throughput. If you currently send electrolyte samples to an outside lab and volume justifies it, adding the module brings that revenue and turnaround in house.

Closed. It runs only its own lyophilized reagent discs, valid for 12 months from packaging. This keeps results consistent and removes manual reagent handling, but ties your consumable supply to that disc format.

A fully automated chemistry analyzer is ideal for large hospitals, diagnostic chains, and high-throughput laboratories that require processing a high volume of samples with speed and accuracy.

Yes. A semi-automated chemistry analyzer is a cost-effective and efficient choice for small to mid-sized labs or clinics that have moderate testing needs.
