Every new unit Genevix supplies carries a 24 month warranty on manufacturing defects and parts, stated on the invoice. Consumables and power fluctuation damage are excluded, which is why Genevix recommends a stabiliser on every analyser.
Genevix visits six times during the contract period without waiting for a fault report. Each visit covers calibration checks, cleaning, consumable inspection and a control run. Most analyser faults begin as calibration drift rather than failure, and finding drift early is what prevents lost reporting days.
A Genevix engineer installs the unit, runs control samples to confirm accuracy, and trains laboratory technicians on site until they can operate the analyser unsupervised. Calibration documentation and the user manual are handed over at installation rather than posted later.
Genevix renovates and exchanges working medical equipment, and can offset the assessed value against a new purchase. Send the model number and photographs, and Genevix will value it before you commit to a replacement.
Reagents, controls, calibrators, urine test strips, ECG thermal paper and electrodes are dispatched within one working day, so testing does not stop because a consumable ran out.
Yes. Genevix builds LabsGene, a laboratory information system that fetches results directly from the analyser, eliminating manual entry between the device and the patient report.
LabsGene uses FHIR-based data exchange, encrypted storage with disaster recovery, and AI-assisted analytics for automated reporting. Where a lab already runs an LIS or HIS, Genevix integrates with the existing system instead.
